These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the RSKEVENTIX website, mobile services, ticket-booking system, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or otherwise using RSKEVENTIX, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
RSKEVENTIX is operated by:
RSKEVENTIX provides an online platform through which customers may discover events, reserve seats, purchase tickets, receive digital tickets, and communicate with event organisers. The relevant event organiser will be identified on the event page.
Unless RSKEVENTIX is specifically identified as the organiser, RSKEVENTIX acts as the ticketing and booking platform rather than the organiser of the event.
To make a booking, you must:
Some events may have specific age restrictions. You are responsible for checking the age requirements before purchasing a ticket.
You may be required to create an account to purchase, manage, transfer, or access tickets.
You are responsible for:
You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless the activity occurred because of a failure in our security systems.
We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
Event information is normally supplied by the event organiser. This may include:
We aim to display event information accurately. However, event organisers may change schedules, venues, performers, seating plans, activities, or entry requirements.
You should review the event page and any organiser terms before completing your purchase.
Adding tickets to a basket does not reserve them permanently. Tickets may remain available to other customers until payment is completed.
We may reject or cancel an order where:
Where we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded unless the order involved fraud, misuse, a chargeback, or another legal reason allowing funds to be withheld.
Before payment, the checkout page will display the ticket price and any compulsory charges.
The total amount payable will be displayed before you confirm the purchase. Prices may change at any time. However, a price change will not normally affect a booking that has already been confirmed.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method, the payment information is accurate, sufficient funds are available, and the transaction does not violate any applicable law.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges, international transaction charges, or other fees. RSKEVENTIX is not responsible for fees independently charged by your financial institution.
Tickets may be issued as QR-code tickets, barcoded tickets, PDF tickets, mobile tickets, account-based digital tickets, or physical tickets where available.
You must check your ticket immediately after receiving it and notify us of any incorrect information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device can display the ticket, has sufficient battery power, can access the ticket without relying on venue internet access, and is protected against unauthorised use.
A printed copy may be required where stated on the event page.
Each ticket and QR code is unique. A ticket may normally be scanned only once.
You must not copy, duplicate, alter, or forge a ticket; publish a complete ticket or QR code online; sell counterfeit tickets; attempt to use a cancelled or refunded ticket; circumvent ticket limits; access another customer's account; or use automated software to obtain tickets unfairly.
RSKEVENTIX is not responsible when a valid ticket cannot be used because the customer shared its QR code, barcode, booking reference, or account access with another person.
Tickets may be transferred or resold only where the event page, organiser, and applicable law permit it.
Unauthorised resale, resale above permitted price limits, commercial resale, or resale through prohibited channels may result in ticket cancellation where legally permitted.
Possession of a ticket does not remove the requirement to follow venue and organiser rules.
A refund will not normally be provided when admission is refused because the customer failed to comply with disclosed requirements.
Event organisers may make reasonable changes to performance times, supporting performers, speakers, activities, seating arrangements, event programmes, venue sections, or entry procedures.
Minor changes do not automatically create a right to a refund.
Where an event is cancelled, rescheduled, relocated, or materially changed, the Refund Policy will apply together with applicable law and the event organiser's terms.
Photography, audio recording, video recording, and professional equipment may be restricted by the organiser or venue.
By attending an event, you may appear in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, security footage, or promotional material created by the organiser or venue.
Any use of attendee images must comply with applicable law and the organiser's published notices.
You agree not to:
The RSKEVENTIX name, website, design, software, databases, logos, text, and related content are owned by or licensed to [Legal Company Name].
Event names, images, performer materials, organiser logos, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use the website only for personal and lawful ticket-booking purposes. No content may be commercially copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited without permission.
RSKEVENTIX may contain links to event organisers, venues, maps, payment providers, social networks, accommodation providers, transport services, or other third parties.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. RSKEVENTIX is not responsible for services independently supplied by those third parties.
We aim to keep RSKEVENTIX available and secure. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Where RSKEVENTIX is acting only as a ticketing platform, responsibility for delivering the event normally remains with the event organiser. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs arising from your fraudulent activity, illegal conduct, misuse of the platform, or serious violation of these Terms.
Complaints should be submitted to:
Please provide your name, booking reference, event name, transaction date, and a clear description of the issue.
We may refer event-related complaints to the relevant organiser.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, security requirements, business practices, or legal obligations. The updated version will be published with a revised "Last updated" date.
Changes will not normally affect bookings already completed unless required by law or necessary to protect customers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/Jurisdiction]. The courts of [Country/Jurisdiction] will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law allows a customer to bring a claim elsewhere.
