This Refund Policy explains when a ticket purchased through RSKEVENTIX may be refunded. Refund eligibility may also depend on applicable consumer law, the event organiser's terms, and the information displayed on the event page before purchase.
Tickets are issued for a particular event, date, time, venue, seat, or ticket category.
Unless required by law or expressly stated on the event page, tickets are normally non-refundable when the customer changes their mind, can no longer attend, purchases the wrong ticket, selects the wrong date or seat, makes personal travel changes, becomes unavailable, arrives late, fails to attend, or does not meet a disclosed entry requirement.
Customers must review event information carefully before completing payment.
An event is considered cancelled when the organiser confirms that it will not take place and no replacement date is offered.
Where an event is cancelled, eligible customers will normally receive a refund of the ticket price and any compulsory booking or service fee where required by applicable law or the organiser's refund arrangement.
The following may be excluded where legally permitted and clearly disclosed:
Refund instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the booking.
When an event is postponed or moved to a new date, the original ticket will normally remain valid for the replacement date, or the organiser may provide a refund-request period.
Customers who cannot attend the new date must submit their request before the deadline stated in the rescheduling notification.
A refund request submitted after that deadline may be rejected unless applicable law requires otherwise.
A change of venue does not automatically qualify for a refund.
A refund may be offered where:
The organiser will determine whether a venue change is considered material, subject to applicable consumer rights.
A refund may be available when there is a significant change to the main nature of the event. Examples may include:
Changes to supporting performers, event running order, minor schedule details, or other non-essential features will not normally qualify for a refund.
Where a customer voluntarily cancels, a refund will be issued only when the event page expressly permits customer cancellations, a flexible or refundable ticket was purchased, ticket-protection terms apply, the organiser approves the request, RSKEVENTIX made a confirmed booking error, or applicable law requires a refund.
Any cancellation deadline and cancellation charge will be displayed in the event-specific terms.
Customers who believe they were charged more than once because of a technical problem must contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request:
A genuine duplicate payment for the same intended booking will be reviewed and refunded where verified. This does not apply when the customer deliberately completed multiple separate bookings.
Contact RSKEVENTIX immediately when the wrong ticket was issued because of a confirmed system error, payment was taken but no valid booking was created, the confirmed seat differs from the seat selected, the ticket contains incorrect information caused by our system, or the same ticket was incorrectly cancelled.
Where the problem was caused by RSKEVENTIX, we may correct the ticket, provide an equivalent ticket, or issue an appropriate refund.
A refund will not normally be provided when admission is refused because the customer did not bring the required identification, did not meet an age restriction, arrived after final admission time, used an invalid or duplicated ticket, shared or published the ticket QR code, was intoxicated or behaving dangerously, possessed a prohibited item, violated venue rules, failed to meet a dress or safety requirement clearly stated before purchase, or was removed for misconduct.
A refund may be considered where admission was wrongly refused despite the customer holding a valid ticket and meeting all disclosed requirements.
Outdoor events may continue during rain or other ordinary weather conditions. A refund will not normally be provided merely because the customer does not wish to attend due to weather.
Where the organiser cancels the event because of unsafe weather, the cancellation section of this Policy will apply.
Events may be affected by extreme weather, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, civil emergencies, transport shutdowns, venue damage, power failures, security threats, or other events outside reasonable control.
Refunds, replacement dates, ticket credits, or other remedies will be determined according to applicable law and the organiser's announced arrangements. Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights.
Unless required by law, RSKEVENTIX and the event organiser are not responsible for separate expenses such as flights, hotels, public transport, fuel, parking, food, childcare, visa costs, or lost income.
Customers are encouraged to use flexible or refundable travel arrangements when attending an event.
The refundability of booking fees, service charges, delivery fees, and payment-processing charges depends on applicable law, whether the related service has already been supplied, the reason for the refund, the event organiser's agreement, and the terms displayed during checkout.
Any non-refundable charge should be clearly identified before the purchase is confirmed.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
We may request an alternative method where:
Refunds cannot normally be redirected to an unrelated person or payment account.
After a refund is approved, RSKEVENTIX will submit it to the relevant payment provider as soon as reasonably possible.
The time required for the funds to appear depends on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment service, currency, and country.
The refund initiation date is not necessarily the same as the date the customer receives the funds.
Where an event supports instalments or deposits, refund eligibility will follow the event-specific payment plan.
Paid instalments may be non-refundable where clearly disclosed and legally permitted. Unpaid instalments may remain due until a valid cancellation is accepted. Failure to complete payment may result in ticket cancellation.
Complimentary tickets have no cash refund value.
For discounted or promotional tickets, any approved refund will normally be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer.
Promotional codes, vouchers, or credits may be restored or reissued at the discretion of RSKEVENTIX or the organiser, subject to their original conditions.
Refund requests should be submitted through the refund form at [Refund Request URL] or by email to [Refund Support Email].
The request should include:
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Where RSKEVENTIX acts only as the ticketing platform, some refund decisions must be approved or funded by the event organiser.
We may forward the request and relevant booking information to the organiser.
RSKEVENTIX will not be required to pay an organiser-funded refund from its own funds unless RSKEVENTIX has a separate legal responsibility to do so.
Customers should contact RSKEVENTIX before starting a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate the issue.
Fraudulent, dishonest, or duplicate chargeback claims may result in:
This does not prevent a customer from using a legitimate payment dispute right.
We may request additional information before deciding a refund request.
The customer will be informed whether the request is:
